Being a contributor means writing an article for The Journal – your monthly dose of sustainable wellness, travel, and lifestyle as well as being a representative for the brand. Unlike affiliates, contributors have to apply or be invited. This is why they receive better discounts and a higher commission.
Contributors receive special discounts, higher commissions than affiliates, and invites to special events (including our monthly meet-up after each journal publication.) As a standard, you’ll receive 30% off merchandise, a discount code for 10% off that you may share with your followers, and 20% commission on any sales made using that code.

Absolutely not! We want to include content by everyone. Nutritionists, fitness instructors, doctors, full-time travelers, avid hikers. . . you name it! We all have something to offer, and we would love to read whatever you’d like to share with us so long as it aligns with our mission. If you’re not sure if this is a good fit, you may read more about W&W HERE.
Sure! We try to make it easy on your though. If you can’t think of anything, feel free to check out our Contributor Inspiration board. This is where we’ll post ideas for articles that our readers have shown an interest in. You may go ahead and “claim” the idea by submitting your e-mail address.
Note: If you have not yet received a W&W Contributor Login, your will not be able to view this page. Please go HERE to submit an application, and we’ll be in touch soon.
We’re accepting new contributors every. single. month. Don’t have time this month? Wait a couple weeks until your schedule calms down, and we’ll still be happy to have you 🙂 In the meantime though, go ahead and submit an application, so we can start the process.
We try to reach out as soon as possible to get started. The Journal launches on the third Monday of every month, and we typically ask that everyone submit their article at least one week beforehand to allow for edits.
Only logged-in W&W subscribers will be able to view the entire article, but those who do not subscribe will see a preview. There is no charge to subscribe.
